bid_recommendation_type enum {LOWEST_COST_TO_COST_CAP}	The type of provided bid recommendation. Currently we only support lowest_cost_to_cost_cap, which recommends users to switch from lowest cost to cost cap.
groups array<enum {LEGACY_ALL, LEARNING_STAGE_COMMON_INFO, BIDDING_RECOMMENDATIONS, LEARNING_STAGE_EXIT, UNSUPPORTED_FEATURES}>	The groups of fields that being fetched
